This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on this website.

 

Order Turnaround

All orders for in-stock items are aimed to be fulfiled within the next business day of receiving your order. This turnaround time does not apply to pre-orders, backorders or special/custom orders. See more about Backorders →

 

We reserve the right to increase the order turnaround time for exceptional circumstances and/or certain order types, e.g. furniture items requiring specialised carrier services. You will be informed within a reasonable time of any delays in fulfilment of your order.

 

Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping for deliveries within Australia & New Zealand. The shipping price will vary based on the size & type of items on the order. You will be shown the cost of shipping at checkout, prior to proceeding with your order and payment.


We reserve the right to increase shipping costs for some exceptional situations such as remote locations and/or special shipping requirements. In such cases our team will contact you after placing your order with further information.

 

Carriers

We use a network of various carriers to deliver our orders. After your order has been collected by our carrier we have no control over the delivery time in which your order will reach you, and there can be many factors that affect the delivery time of your order.

If you have a special request you may contact us after placing your order; we’ll do our best to accommodate any special requirements.

Upon delivery of your order, please assess for any damage to the package/s during transport. If you notice any significant damage to any packages we recommend you reject the package or delivery, and/or take some photos of the damage and report this to us so we can rectify this for you.

Usually, orders are delivered right to your doorstep and require a signature upon delivery to acknowledge that the items have been received in good condition. However, if you anticipate that you might not be at home for your delivery, please consider the available options (offered by the carrier) to deliver to an alternate address, or give Authority to Leave if no one is home.

Due to security and liability restrictions of our carriers, the customer is responsible for bringing any merchandise into their home, so we recommend that you have someone available to help you carry the items into your home if required, and/or unpack and install/assemble your goods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an email notification to advise shipping & tracking information.

 

Back Orders

If an item you’ve ordered is backordered, we will let you know within a reasonable time. If you prefer, we can ship the part of your order that is in stock, and send the remaining item/s once they become available. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling for the subsequent shipment/s.

 

If we are unable to supply any items on your order within a reasonable timeframe, you are eligible for a cancellation and full refund, exchange or credit.
